Investment Director, Equity Product Management

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States; employees work from the office 4 days per week and remotely 1 day per week

Salary: USD 120,000–225,000 base salary per year, plus eligible variable compensation and benefits

What you will do

• Lead business and marketing strategy for the equity investment business.
• Engage with clients, prospects, and consultants to support equity business growth.
• Assess business opportunities and contribute to the development of investment products and solutions.
• Create marketing strategies, investment materials, and client investment guidelines.
• Represent portfolio managers and explain investment processes, strategies, and portfolios to audiences with different levels of expertise.
• Oversee investment and risk integrity, identify operational risks, and lead the resolution of portfolio and business issues.

Requirements

• 12+ years of related professional experience, ideally in asset management or institutional investment consulting.
• Strong equity investment background and business judgment.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills, including risk synthesis and attribution analysis.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, and lead cross-functional issues.
• Postgraduate qualification such as an MBA or CFA is preferred.
