What you will do

• Maintain accurate records and track case progress using Excel and internal systems.
• Participate in user testing and support system changes to ensure payment accuracy.

Requirements

• Experience working with large volume pension or payroll reconciliations.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial and technical data.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with reconciliation tools or systems.
