What you will do

• Lead and execute the publishing strategy for League of Legends in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland to achieve business and player goals.
• Drive integrated marketing campaigns from brief to launch, ensuring alignment with global brand direction.
• Collaborate with Product, Esports, Community, and Creative teams to deliver cohesive player experiences across all channels.
• Manage the regional publishing budget, allocating resources for maximum ROI and impact.
• Represent the DACH market perspective to global teams, advocating for regional opportunities and player needs.
• Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize results for future cycles.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in publishing, marketing, or product management, preferably in games, entertainment, or tech.
• Proven experience leading high-impact, multi-market campaigns from planning through execution.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Strong experience in budget ownership and maximizing ROI in German-speaking markets.
• Deep understanding of gaming culture and the League of Legends player community.
• Must be based in Berlin, Germany.
