What you will do

• Lead global teams in the design of new products, processes, components, and systems.
• Provide technical guidance on product needs, analysis, and initiation of new ideas.
• Manage the planning and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Communicate results and technical requirements to global customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze and report trade-offs between time, resources, and quality to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Electrical Engineering Technology.
• Must be able to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office in Griffin, GA.
• Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position.
• Extensive experience in analytical thinking, root cause analysis, and creating alternative solutions for complex problems.
• Proven expertise in computer-aided design (CAD) for producing and simulating product design drafts.

Nice to have

• Experience with ProE/Creo electrical programs.
• Knowledge of electrical codes including UL, NEC, and CSA.
• Experience in engine/genset electrical design, enclosure layout, or controller development.
• Background in AC power distribution or DC system design.
• Experience with diesel engine development and FMEA development.
