Manager, Solutions Consulting (SaaS)

What you will do

• Lead, hire, and motivate a diverse team of Solutions Consultants.
• Participate in customer and prospect meetings to demonstrate platform value.
• Provide mentorship, training, and support for career growth within the team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define and execute technical pre- and post-sales strategies.
• Build and implement programs to scale the Solutions Consulting function.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a frontline manager leading Solutions Consultants or Sales Engineers.
• 8+ years of relevant customer-facing technical experience in similar roles.
• Proven ability to design strategic programs and act as a hands-on problem solver.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
• Demonstrated success collaborating with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with developer tools, light scripting, querying, or prototyping.
• Practical experience using Figma.
• Experience leading teams across multiple time zones.
