What you will do

• Own game ideas from concept through launch, shaping mechanics, player experiences, and creative direction.
• Rapidly transform concepts into playable prototypes using AI-native workflows and modern game engines.
• Use AI to accelerate programming, design, art, content creation, testing, and production.
• Design internal tools, automations, and agentic workflows to increase team velocity.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and experiment with new applications in game development.
• Launch prototypes to real players and use quantitative and qualitative feedback to guide iterations.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in at least one game development discipline (engineering, game design, art, technical art, or UX).
• Experience incorporating AI into creative or development workflows.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong product instincts and a deep understanding of what makes games engaging.
• Ability to work effectively through ambiguity and rapid changes in direction.
