What you will do

• Develop, optimize, and maintain real-time rendering systems and graphics features for iOS and Android platforms.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks related to memory usage, thermal constraints, battery, and hardware limitations.
• Implement scalable graphics systems supporting various performance tiers, resolutions, and GPU capabilities.
• Work with low-level graphics APIs including Metal and Vulkan.
• Optimize shaders, rendering pipelines, and asset memory footprints for mobile GPU architectures.
• Debug graphics issues across different chipsets and vendors while staying current with emerging rendering techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in C++ with a focus on performance-critical applications.
• Strong experience with mobile graphics programming and low-level APIs (Metal or Vulkan).
• Proficiency in GPU shader programming and optimization for mobile.
• Strong foundational math skills, specifically linear algebra, geometry, and trigonometry.
• Must be based in the United States (as indicated by US-specific benefits and location).

Nice to have

• Experience shipping mobile games or interactive applications on iOS and Android.
• Familiarity with Xcode, Visual Studio, and mobile GPU frame debuggers.
• Understanding of scalable rendering techniques like dynamic resolution and LOD systems.
• Familiarity with Python scripting.
• Experience with cross-platform rendering systems.
