What you will do

• Validate and audit hourly employee timesheets and resolve timekeeping discrepancies with managers.
• Process payroll adjustments, earnings, deductions, and final paychecks in accordance with state and local regulations.
• Conduct payroll audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with SOX requirements.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Benefits, and Stock Administration teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
• Utilize AI productivity tools like Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain comprehensive payroll documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge articles.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience working within a large multinational organization (10K+ employees).
• Proven experience processing multi-state payrolls.
• Strong understanding of payroll principles, wage and hour requirements, and legal compliance.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information with professional discretion.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation.
• Experience with Workday HCM, Dayforce Payroll, and Dayforce Workforce Management.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow or similar case management platforms.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
