What you will do

• Manage and execute onsite VMI agreements to maximize profitability and address market and customer needs.
• Monitor inventory usage and levels, placing and expediting re-orders per defined points.
• Perform physical stock scanning, replenishment, and organization at customer sites.
• Foster relationships with sales departments and customers to understand potential and ascertain needs.
• Conduct onsite customer assessments and evaluations to ensure service quality.
• Resolve customer concerns regarding billing, credit, and product issues through appropriate departments.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project management, procurement, or customer service.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High School diploma or GED (Associate’s Degree preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and/or Access.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and climbing ladders.
• Must be able to travel to offsite locations frequently.
