Salary: $102,000 – $170,000 annually.

What you will do

• Leverage MBSE tools like Cameo to develop and manage system requirements and establish traceability.
• Develop and maintain Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSP) aligned with program objectives.
• Organize and maintain technical documentation within Confluence and Git-based repositories.
• Collaborate with the U.S. Space Force to architect, integrate, and deploy system-of-systems.
• Perform requirements analysis, synthesis, and test method evaluation for complex engineering solutions.
• Identify areas requiring urgent mitigation to support program decisions and long-term support strategies.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required due to the nature of the work.
• Active Secret security clearance required (TS/SCI preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in MBSE principles and lifecycle management.
• Proficiency with MBSE tools such as Cameo and SysML diagrams.
• Experience with both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence).
• Knowledge of Cloud-native architecture patterns and AWS.
• Experience as a systems engineering and integration lead.
