What you will do

• Research commercial real estate markets, comparable sales, lease comparables, and broader market trends.
• Support valuation analyses through lease review, financial modeling, and income, cost, and sales comparison approaches.
• Prepare commercial real estate appraisal and business valuation reports.
• Collaborate with tax, audit, and transaction advisory teams on integrated client engagements.
• Manage multiple assignments with strong attention to detail, organization, and deadlines.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to interpret market data, financial information, and valuation inputs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple service lines.
• Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn commercial real estate and business valuation.

Nice to have

• Prior internship experience or coursework in real estate finance, valuation, financial modeling, investment analysis, or market analysis.
