What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of data projects from initial brief to final shipment.
• Assemble and orchestrate expert pools, ensuring proper briefing and calibration of contributors.
• Implement and oversee rigorous QC structures, including severity-weighted rubrics and evidence maps.
• Track contributor throughput and manage hours to protect margins and prevent bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with Strategic and Human Data Evals Leads to communicate status and escalate risks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in program/delivery management, technical project management, or data operations.
• Professional experience in AI/ML data, evaluation, or annotation.
• Proven ability to manage distributed contributors and hold output to high standards.
• Capacity to run multiple concurrent projects under deadline pressure.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Must be based in Latam (Argentina, Chile, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru, Uruguay) or the US.

• Spanish language proficiency.
