What you will do

• Log and manage user requests, incidents, and questions via email, phone, or face-to-face interactions.
• Investigate technical issues to identify and implement appropriate solutions.
• Keep end users updated on the progress and status of their requests.
• Collaborate with Commission staff through coaching and training sessions.
• Improve user manuals and technical documentation to support knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Higher education or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in user support or a Blue Book traineeship at the Commission.
• English: C1 (Excellent) and French: B1 (Good) proficiency required.
• Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in an international, multicultural environment.
• Must be based in Brussels, Belgium for a hybrid work arrangement.
