What you will do

• Enter customer orders, contracts, account data, and customer profile information in SAP.
• Track order quantities, availability, delivery dates, pending orders, and potential delays with supply chain, production, warehouse, and transport teams.
• Handle customer complaints and provide solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Provide safety data sheets, technical data sheets, analysis certificates, and other required documentation.
• Correct billing errors, including debit and credit notes, and cover for colleagues during absences.

Requirements

• Dutch and French are required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Dynamic and open-minded approach to customer interactions.
• Experience with order taking and first-line customer support is advantageous.
• Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Fluency in English.
• Previous experience with SAP and ERP-based order management.
