What you will do

• Evaluate ingredients and finished products to ensure they meet established specifications.
• Perform quality audits and provide actionable feedback to frontline team members.
• Lead and participate in problem-solving activities to standardize and improve laboratory processes.
• Ensure all activities and products remain compliant with regulatory requirements including OSHA, TTB, and EPA.
• Document quality and food safety systems while identifying areas for corrective action.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and drive quality and safety improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Lab or Quality Control environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Strong analytical, technical, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
