What you will do

• Co-develop new adhesive products based on customer specifications and business strategy.
• Prepare adhesive batches, conduct lab tests on elastomers, and document data in Electronic Lab Notebooks.
• Operate analytical instruments such as FTIR, DSC, DMA, and TGA for material characterization.
• Perform liquid property testing (viscosity, rheology) and mechanical testing (lap shear, dispense force).
• Maintain lab equipment as the equipment responsible person and manage inventory/supplies.
• Ensure strict adherence to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) practices.

Requirements

• Associates degree in a STEM field is required; Bachelors degree is preferred.
• Previous laboratory experience in an industrial or R&D environment is required.
• Ability to regularly lift and move up to 40-50 lbs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to lab safety.

• Knowledge or working experience with polymers.
