CRM Manager

What you will do

• Support the execution of remarketing strategies for non-converted leads to meet subscription targets.
• Assist in building and maintaining automated customer journeys, including segmentation and troubleshooting.
• Help execute personalized campaigns and coordinate content/creative requests.
• Participate in setting up A/B tests and organizing campaign data for reporting.
• Collaborate with monetization, performance marketing, product, and analytics teams.
• Ensure cross-channel consistency across lifecycle campaigns and in-app messaging.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland, Bulgaria, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, or Ukraine
• 1+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation.
• Exposure to email/push tools such as Reteno or Braze.
• Basic understanding of CRM tech stacks and ability to learn new systems.
• Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Asana, or Confluence.
• Strong written communication skills and willingness to learn segmentation and event logic.
