Salary: $121,000 – $163,600 CAD

What you will do

• Ship production features using Next.js, Sanity, and React with TypeScript across the marketing site.
• Extend the shared component library and design system to ensure consistent and reusable foundations.
• Own and optimize Core Web Vitals, semantic markup, and overall page load performance.
• Integrate with headless CMS and develop APIs and services that power content-driven pages.
• Lead the evolution of AI-assisted workflows by refining MCP integrations, prompts, and tooling.
• Engineer A/B and multivariate experiments quickly in partnership with CRO and product stakeholders.

Requirements

• Expert command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, accessibility, and web performance.
• Professional experience building and maintaining production applications using Next.js and React.
• Familiarity with back-end systems, API integration, and headless CMS architecture.
• Active use of AI coding tools (e.g., Claude, AI-assisted IDEs) in daily development.
• Ability to break down complex problems into shippable pieces amid ambiguity.
• Must be based in Edmonton, Toronto, Vancouver, or Kitchener-Waterloo.

Nice to have

• Experience with experimentation platforms like Optimizely, Kameleoon, or Adobe Target.
• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Amplitude or GA360.
• Experience collaborating closely with designers in Figma.
