Senior Software Development Engineer (Front End) - Evisort AI

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Hybrid Flex Work requires spending at least 50% of each quarter in the office or in the field with customers, prospects, or partners.

Salary: CAD 112,000–168,000 annually for the Vancouver primary location. A broader Canadian base pay range of CAD 140,000–210,000 is also stated.

What you will do

• Build and evolve an AI-driven contract management platform.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, product, and design teams on product strategy, roadmap, and delivery.
• Develop scalable, user-centric frontend solutions for legal and business teams.
• Own multiple platform areas from development through production operations.
• Share knowledge, mentor teammates, and contribute to strong engineering practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience with TypeScript and React.
• Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience building and operating SaaS products in cloud environments, preferably AWS.
• Experience with modern distributed systems, DevOps, automated testing, and observability.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work with legal professionals and cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with multiple programming languages and programming paradigms.
• Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity through reasoning and research.
