Salary: $111,030 - $211,200 USD

What you will do

• Identify performance bottlenecks and functional limitations in the oneCCL collective communications library for large-scale AI workloads.
• Design and implement performance optimizations to maximize system utility and efficiency.
• Optimize runtime software for distributed computing systems to ensure optimal latency and bandwidth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical specifications and software requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across multiple hardware and software stack layers.
• Partner with architecture teams to maximize performance across hirify.global GPUs and CPUs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 3+ years of software development experience, OR Master's with 1+ year, OR PhD with 3+ months.
• Experience in distributed computing systems, HPC communication libraries (e.g., MPI, SHMEM, oneCCL/NCCL), GPU software development, or network communication stacks.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site at the specified US locations.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in C and C++ programming.
• Experience developing in Linux environments.
• Background in multithreaded programming and runtime performance optimization.
• Experience with collective communication libraries and GPU software development.
