What you will do

• Drive end-to-end product strategy and execution for a specific area within the AI portfolio.
• Create PRFAQs and PRDs, validating them with real enterprise customers before engineering begins.
• Partner closely with engineering to define scope, architecture, and maintain high quality and timing standards.
• Run design partner programs to bring the customer voice into roadmap decisions.
• Collaborate across Core Database, Capella, Analytics, Mobile, and Edge teams to ensure a unified platform.
• Equip sales and GTM teams with positioning, demos, and competitive context to drive win-rates.

Requirements

• 12+ years in product management, with at least 5 years on a technical platform (database, data infra, or AI infra).
• Deep technical fluency in vector search, embeddings, RAG, agent frameworks, and model serving.
• Must be based in the US.
• Proven record of taking products from PRFAQ to launch and adoption.
• Hands-on experience building with frontier AI models and developer ecosystems (Anthropic Claude preferred).
• Strong written communication skills for creating alignment artifacts.

Nice to have

• Experience at a database or AI infrastructure company (e.g., MongoDB, Snowflake, Databricks, Pinecone, AWS).
• Direct experience shipping vector search, agent memory, or RAG pipelines.
• Public presence through blog posts, conference talks, or OSS contributions.
• Prior experience mentoring and developing other Product Managers.
