Energy Efficiency Co-Op (Engineering)

Location: Remote (Must be located in British Columbia, Canada)

Compensation: $19.00 - $30.25 CAD per hour

What you will do

• Support application administration, including intakes, transfers, cancellations, and assignment processes.
• Prepare information requests for customers and assessors to resolve submission deficiencies.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships and undertake business development activities.
• Analyze program metrics related to project volume, energy savings, and trends.
• Identify and implement process optimizations and improvements.
• Prepare and maintain various reports to monitor project activity.

Requirements

• Active enrollment in a post-secondary degree in Environment, Science, Business, or Engineering.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service.
• Proficiency with MS Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada without employer sponsorship.
