What you will do

• Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Operations teams to ingest and model healthcare data for new and existing customers.
• Develop novel attributes and flags from existing data to drive actionable insights for the Care Team.
• Improve data models and pipelines using SQL and dbt to ensure scalable and sustainable architecture.
• Transform eligibility, claims, prior auth, and ADT data into standardized data models.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical design plans for pipelines and analytics.
• Build technical relationships with data teams at risk-bearing entities such as insurers and ACOs.

Requirements

• Expertise in working with large healthcare datasets, including eligibility, pharmacy/medical claims, prior auth, and ADT.
• Strong experience designing data models for both operations and analytics using SQL.
• Proven track record in a healthcare-focused technology startup with mature data structures.
• Ability to develop scalable, reusable solutions for internal customers.
• Must be based in the USA (due to specific healthcare domain and regulatory requirements).

Nice to have

• Experience with dbt and Looker.
• Working knowledge of Python.
• Experience with BI tools for data analysis and visualization.
