What you will do

• Ensure workstation technical stability, repeatability, and change validation on the production floor.
• Drive continuous improvement through top-loss reviews, error-proofing, and stability checks.
• Scale and standardize End-of-Line (EOL) test benches and improve diagnostics for early defect detection.
• Maintain verification routines, calibration cycles, and stability monitoring for production tools.
• Develop diagnostic processes and repair tools for internal modules.
• Act as the Level 2 technical authority, performing root cause autopsies on failed units.

Requirements

• Proven track record in PTA, Manufacturing Engineering, or Service Engineering.
• Strong technical depth in electronics troubleshooting and test diagnostics.
• Experience with change control, controlled parameters, and process validation discipline.
• Proficiency in LabVIEW, TestStand, or similar test automation tools.
• Knowledge of SPC (Statistical Process Control) and data analysis.
• Must be able to work on-site in Copenhagen.
