What you will do

• Develop and maintain high-fidelity simulation models for hearing instruments and accessories.
• Conduct advanced engineering analyses including structural mechanics, fluid flow, thermodynamics, and acoustics.
• Implement new material models for polymers and foams, such as viscoelastic and hyperelastic behaviors.
• Integrate simulation workflows using Python and 3DXperience to optimize design processes.
• Collaborate with electroacoustics and mechanical R&D teams to ensure product performance.
• Expand simulation competence and knowledge sharing across the mechanical development department.

Requirements

• Experience with 3DXperience or similar simulation software.
• Proficiency in FEM model creation and advanced material modeling.
• Strong programming skills in Python for automation and macro integration.
• Comprehensive understanding of structural mechanics, vibroacoustics, and CFD.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Ballerup.
