What you will do

• Support quality and WCM priorities across the production line to improve safety, quality, waste, and efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze process key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, deviations, and improvement opportunities.
• Lead corrective and preventive actions related to process instability and quality losses.
• Participate in internal, external, and customer audits and follow up on findings.
• Promote WCM methods and quality awareness to build capability in daily operations.
• Develop operational analyses and reports to support decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience in manufacturing, quality, process improvement, or operational excellence.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate operational data into practical actions and improvements.
• Good collaboration and communication skills across functions.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of WCM, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methods.
• Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and audit processes.
• Experience with process control, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and manufacturing data analysis tools.
