Location: Fully remote (must be based in Colombia). Willingness to travel and deliver on-site with enterprise clients across the US as needed.

What you will do

• Lead live enablement workshops, hands-on labs, and teaching sessions for technical and non-technical roles.
• Own the delivery of enterprise rollout programs, coordinating schedules, cohorts, and tracking adoption metrics.
• Act as a trusted guide for clients to identify adoption blockers and adjust programs to maintain momentum.
• Maintain up-to-date practical fluency with Claude and the Anthropic ecosystem to conduct live demos and solve real-time queries.
• Tailor and refine enablement materials and exercises to fit specific client use cases and audiences.
• Partner with solutions, delivery, and partnerships teams to align enablement with broader client engagement goals.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in enablement, technical training, L&D, customer education, or sales engineering.
• Professional-level fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Hands-on practical fluency with LLMs and AI tools (Claude or Anthropic ecosystem experience is a significant plus).
• Proven experience running structured enterprise rollout programs and managing stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage audiences ranging from engineers to executives.
• Ability and willingness to travel for on-site delivery with clients in the US.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Certifications in instructional design or adult-learning.
• Experience working within a technology, SaaS, or AI/ML context.
