Rewards Partnership Manager (iGaming)

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Las Vegas, NV (office attendance 3 days per week)

What you will do

• Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies based on slot math and player behavior insights.
• Design engaging slot promotions, including tournaments, themed events, and loyalty reward programs.
• Manage relationships with Rewards Partners, ensuring alignment on KPIs and providing actionable insights.
• Analyze player tracking data to identify trends, optimize promotions, and maximize player lifetime value.
• Negotiate and construct offers that balance the needs of the company, partners, and players.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partner offers on the platform.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of marketing experience with a focus on slots marketing and promotions.
• In-depth knowledge of slot math, including RTP, hit frequency, volatility, and player psychology.
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting player tracking system data.
• Proven ability to design creative and effective casino marketing campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to work in the Las Vegas, NV office 3 days per week.
