Associate Marketing Specialist (iGaming)

What you will do

• Support social media, email campaigns, customer communications, content creation, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Coordinate logistics for trade shows, conventions, customer events, and internal meetings.
• Manage exhibitor registrations, sponsorship deliverables, booth services, shipping, vendors, product requests, and event schedules.
• Maintain event and marketing calendars, planning documents, Teams sites, project files, and action-item trackers.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, vendor payments, expense reports, and event budgets.
• Provide onsite support, including booth setup and teardown, event troubleshooting, stakeholder coordination, and post-event wrap-up.

Requirements

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent follow-through.
• Experience or comfort coordinating vendors, budgets, logistics, and cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel and provide onsite event support as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field.
