Director of Player Development (iGaming): Leading VIP acquisition, retention, P&L, reinvestment, and market share growth across online sportsbook and iCasino products with an accent on regional strategy, revenue performance, and customer engagement. Focus on managing VIP teams, analyzing player and market data, coordinating with Risk, Trading, Responsible Gaming, Payments, and AML, and overseeing high-value customer events.
Location: Remote, based in Calgary, AB; travel throughout the United States and Canada is required for on- and off-property events.
Salary: $130,000–$160,000 CAD, plus applicable commission or bonus and benefits.

What you will do
- Own regional Player Development performance across online sportsbook and iCasino products, including VIP acquisition, retention, P&L, reinvestment, and market share expansion.
- Directly manage and develop VIP Managers across assigned operating states and provinces.
- Lead regional VIP strategy to improve sales metrics, customer engagement, market share, and net revenue.
- Direct casino marketing, VIP welcomes, loyalty, sales, surveys, reactivation, and high-value customer events.
- Use daily reporting, player tracking data, and competitor intelligence to make business decisions and grow VIP wallet share.
- Coordinate with Risk and Trading, Responsible Gaming, Payments, and AML teams on business decisions, processes, and compliance initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of gaming experience in online gaming or a brick-and-mortar casino.
- At least 3 years of management experience with a record of managing sales teams and driving revenue.
- At least 2 years of experience with an online gaming operation.
- Experience in online gaming, customer service, concierge, luxury telemarketing, or account management.
- Excellent Excel, communication, telephone etiquette, and data management skills, with the ability to interpret player tracking screens and reports.
- Ability to travel throughout the United States and Canada and qualify for licenses and permits required by applicable regulations.
