What you will do

• Analyze and resolve post-sales support cases via the ticket system while complying with established SLAs.
• Act as the primary technical reference point between Buenos Aires and Brazil clients.
• Identify recurring support cases and report new viruses or blocked URLs to the lab.
• Conduct technical trainings and webinars for partners and potential clients.
• Generate technical content for hirify.global products to support the partner channel.
• Provide support through ticket systems, remote access, and phone calls.

Requirements

• Under-graduation degree in IT, Information Safety, System Analysis, Data Processing, Computer Sciences, or related studies.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support.
• Knowledge of virtualization, networks, and databases.
• Proficiency in Windows operational systems at both station and server levels.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages.
• Intermediate English and Spanish proficiency required.
