Salary: Staff Product Designer — $178,020–$217,580 in the rest of the US or $193,500–$236,500 in SF, LA, Seattle, and NYC; Senior Product Designer — $149,040–$182,160 in the rest of the US or $162,000–$198,000 in SF, LA, Seattle, and NYC.

What you will do

• Own product areas from problem framing and research through prototyping, delivery, and polished implementation.
• Sketch, wireframe, and prototype quickly to test ideas and iterate toward product outcomes.
• Use AI tools to generate concepts, accelerate prototyping, synthesize research, and explore interaction patterns.
• Work with Product and Engineering to clarify problems, shape product direction, and deliver strong user experiences.
• Understand developer workflows and translate complex networking concepts into approachable interfaces.
• Lead project discussions, communicate design rationale, align stakeholders, and contribute to design standards and critique practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience at technology companies.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design, user research, and end-to-end product thinking.
• Experience taking products from early problem framing through shipped and polished outcomes.
• Active use of AI in design workflows, including concept generation, prototyping, and research synthesis.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority and articulate tradeoffs.
• US-based work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for developers.
• Familiarity with networking concepts.
• Basic frontend experience with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS or similar frameworks.
