Salary: $145,000 – $165,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead the design and delivery of scalable software solutions across the legal technology portfolio.
• Establish architectural standards to improve system reliability, performance, and security.
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices to increase team effectiveness.
• Integrate AI-powered engineering tools and GenAI solutions to accelerate product development.
• Deliver complex platform enhancements and features from concept to production.
• Advance cloud and DevOps capabilities through automation and scalable infrastructure practices.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience delivering production-scale applications and SaaS products.
• Strong expertise in full-stack development using Node.js, React, .NET/C#, and TypeScript.
• Proven track record of technical leadership, architecture decisions, and code reviews.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, DevOps, CI/CD, and containerization.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Must be based in Denver, CO, and able to work from the office at least 3 days a week.

Nice to have

• Experience with microservices, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems.
• Experience integrating AI, GenAI, or machine learning into software products.
• Familiarity with legal technology or complex B2B SaaS environments.
• Experience leading distributed teams and implementing secure development practices.
