Delivery Solutions Architect (Oil & Gas)

Location: Remote from Texas, United States; travel up to 30% may be required.

Salary: $180,000–$247,500 USD, with potential performance bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead technical account strategies and execution plans for strategic customers across multiple Databricks use cases.
• Drive onboarding, enablement, production readiness, go-live, consumption, and long-term platform adoption.
• Coordinate Solutions Architecture, Professional Services, Support, Education, Engineering, and other specialist teams.
• Develop roadmaps for use-case delivery, user growth, product adoption, cloud cost control, tuning, and optimization.
• Manage executive and operational governance, customer health reporting, risks, investment status, and use-case progression.
• Act as the first technical contact for production and go-live questions and resolve complex escalations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering technical projects or programs in Data and AI.
• Programming experience with Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting.
• Understanding of distributed data systems, solution architecture, business-value attribution, and technical project or program management.
• Experience with discovery workshops, strategic roadmaps, business analysis, complex delivery programs, and senior executive escalations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
