Salary: $176,000 – $264,000 USD (USA) / $160,000 – $240,000 CAD (Canada)

What you will do

• Develop and execute pricing strategies for new and existing products to maximize ARR and LTV.
• Design multi-tier packaging options and customer upgrade paths for B2B offerings.
• Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to determine customer value drivers and willingness to pay.
• Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to optimize product-led growth (PLG) self-service renewal motions.
• Establish pricing operations, governance models, and a framework for programmatic promotions.
• Partner with GTM leadership and Finance to align pricing with margin goals and profitability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in pricing, strategy, or finance with deep expertise in SaaS subscription models.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
• Proven track record of executing monetization strategies across NA, EMEA, and APJ markets.
• Advanced analytical skills in financial modeling, sensitivity analysis, and pricing research.
• Experience working with PLG and sales-driven GTM motions.
• Ability to influence executive leadership and drive consensus across cross-functional teams.
