Salary: $140,000–$240,000 base compensation, excluding bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Design, build, and operate secure Azure infrastructure for distributed radar systems and backend services.
• Develop high-performance services that ingest, process, and distribute real-time sensor data.
• Implement infrastructure as code, automated deployments, and modern DevOps workflows.
• Own observability, monitoring, resiliency, and production operational readiness.
• Shape platform architecture and collaborate with software, hardware, and systems engineers on end-to-end capabilities.

Requirements

• Strong experience building scalable backend systems and owning production services.
• Experience solving cloud infrastructure and distributed systems challenges.
• Strong focus on reliability, security, scalability, and operational excellence.
• Effective communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Must be a U.S. Person and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.

Nice to have

• Python and modern backend development experience.
• Azure or another major cloud platform.
• Terraform, Kubernetes, containers, and CI/CD.
• Real-time data pipelines or distributed systems experience.
• TypeScript/React experience or willingness to work across the stack.
