Salary: $240,720–$368,304 + bonus + equity

What you will do

• Lead clinical direction and operational performance for care, case, and utilization management programs.
• Own clinical KPIs, evaluate performance gaps, and redesign workflows to improve outcomes.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to design and deploy AI and agentic tools into clinical workflows.
• Manage and develop clinical leaders and attract diverse clinical talent.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate care for members with complex, multi-specialty needs.

Requirements

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
• Board certification in internal medicine, family medicine, med-peds, or a related specialty.
• Minimum 7 years of post-residency clinical experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a healthcare leadership role managing other clinical leaders.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in state of residence and willingness to obtain multi-state licensure.
• Residence in a physician compact-eligible state.

Nice to have

• Experience working in digital health or virtual care delivery models.
• Comfort integrating clinical AI tools into day-to-day care delivery.
• Knowledge of medical, behavioral, and social factors driving population health outcomes.
