Power Platform Developer (Microsoft Dynamics)

Location: Hybrid work with 60% office-based and 40% home-based work from Swansea, Bristol, Newcastle, Nottingham, Oldham, Leeds, Birmingham, or Yeading/Uxbridge, UK. Candidates must be eligible for Security Clearance and must have lived in the UK for at least the last 5 years, without being outside the UK for 30 days or more at one time during that period.

Salary: £44,241–£58,997 annually, plus a 28.97% employer pension contribution. An additional £4,000 London Weighting allowance is available for candidates based at the Yeading/Uxbridge office.

What you will do

• Develop enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Build and maintain Model-Driven and Canvas Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI solutions.
• Work with technical teams to deliver user-focused services in an agile environment.
• Apply modern development, systems design, service support, and user-focused engineering practices.
• Coach and mentor software developers and test engineers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide user support throughout delivery.

Requirements

• Professional experience developing with Microsoft Power Platform or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and the capabilities, boundaries, and constraints of the platform.
• Experience with C#, .NET, Dynamics plugins, Power Fx, Model-Driven or Canvas Apps, Dynamics 365 CE, PowerShell, ALM pipelines, Azure DevOps, or Dataverse.
• Experience working with technical teams in an agile environment and delivering user-focused services.
• Experience coaching and mentoring software developers or test engineers.
• Eligibility for UK Security Clearance and five years of UK residency are required.
