What you will do

• Develop and implement scalable backend systems using .NET and Java.
• Create test-driven features following the TDD cycle.
• Design well-structured and maintainable software architectures.
• Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate business needs into technical improvements.
• Support production systems and resolve critical incidents.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge within the engineering community.

Requirements

• Professional experience with .NET/C# and/or Java.
• Proficiency with both SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., Cassandra).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Proven track record in Agile environments and TDD.
• Must be based in or able to work in London, UK to satisfy hybrid requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ecommerce payment systems.
