What you will do
- Design and build autonomous AI agents capable of multi-step reasoning and complex task execution.
- Implement micro-services from design to production using LLMs and Agentic Frameworks such as AutoGen and Microsoft Agent Framework.
- Take ownership of development, maintenance, testing strategies, and operations for containerized API services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and the delivery of new product features.
- Research and suggest new technologies to boost product capabilities.
- Influence system architecture and development practices through key technical decisions.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computer Sciences or a similar field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Python backend development.
- 1+ year of experience building agentic AI systems or autonomous agents.
- Proficiency with FastAPI, Pydantic, Alembic, and relational databases (SQL).
- Experience with Docker containers, Kubernetes, and Cloud environments.
- Knowledge of agent frameworks (AutoGen, LangChain, CrewAI) and reasoning patterns like ReAct and Chain-of-Thought.
Nice to have
- Experience in Java backend development using the Spring framework.
- Experience with Azure or GCP cloud services.
- Knowledge of large-scale SQL or NoSQL databases such as SingleStore or Postgres.
- Experience with Agile or Extreme Programming (XP) methodologies.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI and Azure AI services.
