What you will do

• Manage a team of Fund Accountants and oversee the end-to-end NAV preparation and review process.
• Provide full-range fund accounting and administration for private equity clients, including investor record keeping and reporting.
• Approve fee schedules, management fees, and carried interest calculations based on fund documents.
• Review and approve investor allocations, waterfall calculations, and process capital calls and distributions.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, brokers, and custodians to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Prepare and review audited financial statements and regulatory reports.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Significant experience in the fund administration industry with a proven track record of managing staff.
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and Singapore GAAP.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills.
• Must be based in Toronto, Canada.

Nice to have

• Qualified accountant or other relevant professional certification.
• Knowledge of private credit or loan products.
• Experience with fund accounting software such as Geneva, Investran, Yardi, or Bloomberg.
