What you will do

• Manage Securities Lending trading activities, including inventory management, pricing, and execution.
• Expand the bank's Securities Lending programme by identifying opportunities with institutional asset owners and private banking clients.
• Drive the deployment and implementation of a cutting-edge front-to-back Securities Finance platform.
• Build and maintain relationships with institutional clients, custodians, and market infrastructure providers.
• Oversee Collateral Management for OTC derivatives and securities financing to ensure efficient funding and liquidity.
• Collaborate with Trading, Treasury, Risk, and Technology teams to deliver scalable business solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Finance, Economics, or Computer Science.
• Solid experience in Securities Lending Trading and Sales, including beneficial owner relationship management.
• Proven expertise in Collateral Management across OTC and listed derivatives.
• Technical affinity with practical experience in coding and agentic tools.
• Deep knowledge of the market ecosystem and a commercial mindset.
