What you will do

• Provide expert risk advisory to stakeholders in the GPS division to ensure key risks are identified and mitigated.
• Design, implement, and maintain the control risk framework for the Wealth Planning sub-unit in alignment with internal bank standards.
• Manage the effectiveness of controls, identifying improvement areas to ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Administer internal control tools, including creating new controls, editing existing ones, and assigning roles centrally.
• Deliver targeted training to promote a strong culture of risk awareness and management across the team.
• Represent the GPS unit in bank-wide committees and projects focused on Wealth Planning risks and control topics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Law, Accounting, or Tax.
• Over 5 years of experience in private banking, specifically within risk, legal, compliance, or Wealth Planning/Trust Fiduciary Services.
• Strong professional knowledge of risk management and audit principles.
• Expertise in in-depth data analysis, gap assessments, and development of solution options.
• English: Fluent (C1).
• Must be eligible to work in Switzerland.

Nice to have

• Further education or certifications in financial markets, planning, or risk (e.g., CFA, CFP, FRM).
• Proficiency in German.
