What you will do

• Lead architecture decisions from pre-sales and discovery phases through to full implementation.
• Prepare technical proposals, estimations, scope decompositions, and risk assessments.
• Create detailed technical specifications and architecture vision documentation.
• Design and deliver prototypes and proof-of-concepts for stakeholders.
• Mentor development teams and transfer critical architectural knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and conduct business trips up to 4 weeks per year.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience across modern platforms.
• 5+ years of experience designing scalable, reliable enterprise-grade systems.
• Deep architectural expertise in Node.js and React (or Python) and cloud-native patterns.
• Strong knowledge of SOA and Microservices architectural styles.
• Proven experience in pre-sales activities and consulting clients on technical architecture.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
