Solutions Architect (React + Node.js)

Location: Poland; work type: Remote/Office. Business trips may be required for up to four weeks per year.

What you will do

• Shape scalable technology solutions across multiple initiatives, from pre-sales and discovery through planning and implementation.
• Prepare proposals, estimate work, decompose scope, and define risks, dependencies, and assumptions.
• Create technical specifications, architecture vision documents, technology evaluations, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts.
• Participate in technical discovery phases and workshops with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional experts.
• Implement system cores, support delivery and presentations, and transfer architectural knowledge to development teams.
• Lead collaboration with engineers, technical leads, and stakeholders involved in design, decision-making, sales, and implementation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience across modern application platforms and architectures.
• 5+ years of experience designing scalable, reliable, and maintainable enterprise-grade systems.
• Strong knowledge of architecture styles, including the differences between SOA and microservices.
• Deep hands-on expertise with React and Node.js or another major technology stack such as Python.
• Advanced experience with cloud platforms and cloud-native architecture patterns, including architect-level or hands-on knowledge of at least one major cloud provider.
• Experience with pre-sales, solution shaping, estimation, technical proposals, client consulting, and leading engineering teams.
