C# Server-Side Developer (Middle Office Engineering) (C#/SQL): Building and maintaining mission-critical server-side applications and services with an accent on scalability, performance, and maintainable code. Focus on designing distributed application components, integrating messaging technologies, and debugging complex production issues.
Location: Greenwich, Connecticut, United States; hybrid work with 2–3 onsite days per week.

What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications and services using C#.
- Build scalable, high-performance software for mission-critical business systems.
- Work with SQL databases and messaging technologies in distributed application architectures.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineers throughout the software development lifecycle and participate in code reviews.
- Manage source code with Git and apply software development best practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience developing server-side or backend applications with C#.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong experience with SQL databases and messaging technologies such as MQ.
- Strong coding, debugging, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Experience with Git or other version control systems and software development best practices.
- Ability to work onsite in Greenwich, Connecticut, 2–3 days per week.
Nice to have
- Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools.
