Creative Strategist (AI)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end ideation for performance advertising, including angles, concepts, scripts, and testing hypotheses.
• Write precise briefs for creators, editors, and AI production pipelines.
• Review CPA, hook rate, hold rate, CTR, and CVR dashboards to decide what to scale, iterate, or stop.
• Create and optimize video and static ads for measurable business growth across paid channels.
• Lead creative-led growth initiatives and develop concepts needed to scale assigned channels.
• Monitor competitors, creators, trends, formats, hooks, and emerging advertising patterns.

Requirements

• 3+ years of performance creative experience in direct-response advertising for an agency, in-house B2C business, or scale-up.
• Strong creative judgment combined with data fluency and independent dashboard analysis.
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools and a proactive approach to learning new ones.
• Ability to translate media performance signals into clear creative decisions.
• Strong understanding of paid creative across major performance channels.
• Fluent English, written and verbal, with precise briefing and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity, fintech, or another trust-sensitive B2C vertical.
• Hands-on skills in editing, design, copywriting, or directing.
