What you will do

• Own the full marketing funnel from initial awareness through subscription and retention across self-serve and Business plans.
• Manage the marketing budget and performance against acquisition, conversion, and retention goals.
• Define brand positioning, messaging, and voice across all channels.
• Lead an organization of more than 30 marketing professionals across performance, content, creative, lifecycle, and product marketing.
• Develop existing talent and hire for missing capabilities.
• Build marketing programs for global users, with a strong focus on the US market.

Requirements

• Experience scaling a company from 8-figure ARR to more than $250M.
• Ownership of a high-volume self-serve or product-led growth funnel, including measurable changes, costs, and returns.
• Strong expertise across performance and user acquisition, brand, and product marketing.
• Experience marketing to US and international audiences.
• Experience in a product-led company, with a focus on activation, conversion, and retention.
• A rapidly expanding career scope gained in fast-growing companies.
