What you will do

• Set up and maintain DFIR tools and infrastructure to ensure robust incident response.
• Provide first response during security incidents, including digital forensics and post-incident risk mitigation.
• Maintain and improve the SIEM tool and monitoring systems to detect security issues.
• Automate routine tasks using Python and integrate agentic AI into security operations.
• Create and maintain detailed incident response playbooks.
• Monitor current threats and zero-day vulnerabilities to implement preventative measures across the organization.

Requirements

• Background in Cyber Security with experience in incident response, blue teaming, or digital forensics, specifically in cloud-native environments.
• Proficiency with SIEM tools and Linux.
• Leadership experience, whether formal or informal.
• Ability to write scripts and programs to automate tasks in Python or other languages.
• Experience leveraging agentic AI beyond basic Q&A chat.
• Experience with web application firewalls (Cloudflare preferred).
• Fluent English skills (spoken & written)

Nice to have

• Certifications from SANS/GIAC or OffSec OSIR, or completed HackTheBox/TryMe incident response challenges.
• Knowledge of Laravel and PHP.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, and Gitlab CI/CD Pipelines.
• Experience with Terraform or Terragrunt.
