What you will do

• Manage end-to-end strategy and oversight for designated multi-channel paid media accounts.
• Lead and develop a team of Media Supervisors and Senior Media Managers, guiding their technical and strategic growth.
• Design and deploy monthly and quarterly tests regarding structure, targeting, creative, and messaging.
• Act as the primary point of contact and escalation for high-value accounts, ensuring KPI achievement and budget pacing.
• Employ AI technologies and the proprietary Nova ecosystem to optimize business processes and performance.
• Collaborate with Client Service Managers to align paid media contributions with overall business success.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of professional experience in Paid Media.
• Experience managing multiple accounts with monthly budgets ranging from $200K to $1MM.
• Extensive expertise in campaign management across Google (Search, PMAX, YouTube) and Bing platforms.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, GTM, and conversion optimization strategy (GA4 knowledge is a plus).
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
• Proven experience in client relationship management and team leadership.
