What you will do

• Design, develop, maintain, and orchestrate scalable batch and streaming data pipelines.
• Build data cleansing, deduplication, transformation, and data-quality workflows for data services.
• Operate and maintain the data platform with the infrastructure team, including monitoring and upgrades.
• Perform regression, security, and functional testing to minimize disruptions, data loss, and vulnerabilities.
• Define data models with stakeholders and provide secure data access and technical support to data consumers.
• Document architectures and workflows and create Power BI dashboards for reporting and analytics.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of continuous experience in data engineering.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
• Hands-on experience with data lakes, Apache Spark, Flink, Kafka, data warehousing, ETL, DevOps, CI/CD, and software testing.
• Expertise in SQL or Python and experience with AWS services including Redshift, EMR, and S3, as well as Azure Data Factory and Power BI.
• Experience with Databricks or Snowflake and the ability to use Power BI for analytics and visualization.
• Fluent English and valid eligibility to work full time in Sweden are required.

• Infrastructure-as-Code experience for managing data platforms.
• Experience with connected-car data in the automotive industry.
• Chinese language skills.
